All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Business, copies of which are available on our website and which you will be required to accept before placing any order. Some important elements of our Terms and Conditions are set out below.
Orders can only be placed ONLINE. Follow our easy step-by-step instructions at www.kisumuaccessories.com For any queries please email customerservice@kisumuaccessories.com TRADE ONLY We only supply to trade customers i.e. customers who are purchasing the goods for resale by way of a business. PRICING We produce a list of recommended retail prices for the goods. Please note, however, that you are entirely free to sell the goods to your customers at any price you choose, be that a higher price or lower price than our recommended retail price. We calculate the prices at which the goods are charged to you at 50% off our recommended retail price (this is subject to change at our discretion). Recommended retail prices do not apply to the purchase of catalogues and stationery. MINIMUM ORDER No order will be accepted unless the total value of the order is equivalent to £60.00 or more of the recommended retail prices of the goods (this is subject to change at our discretion – please check our website for current minimum order values). This excludes the purchase of catalogues and stationery. V.A.T. Our prices are inclusive of VAT. PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards / debit cards. INVOICES AND DELIVERY NOTES Your invoice will be emailed to you (we do not send paper copies). You will receive your delivery note within the delivery box. We produce a catalogue which you can, if you wish, use in selling goods which you have purchased from us to your own customers. There are two forms of this catalogue: one which includes our recommended retail prices and one which has no prices. We will provide you with 10 copies of the catalogue (either version) following the setting up of your customer account. There will be no charge for these catalogues. Any subsequent catalogues should be ordered from us through our website. You will be charged for the catalogues at the then current rate together with VAT and postage and packing costs. POSTAGE CHARGES (these charges are correct at the time of printing but may be subject to change – please check our website for current details) Currently we only deliver to mainland UK. Postage of any order to mainland UK is £4.95 per order. DELIVERY TIMES For orders received before 2:00pm, delivery is usually within 2 to 5 working days. However, we cannot guarantee this. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS On receipt of your delivery you will be asked to sign for your goods. Therefore any delivery addresses provided must always be occupied and there must be someone available to sign for the goods (unless we have agreed to deliver to a specific delivery agent e.g. post office).
We allow you to use the images of goods from our website for the purpose of reselling the goods on your own website in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Business. We do not allow you to use any images which feature models (i.e. persons) which is strictly forbidden. We can withdraw the right to use our images at any time.
· Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of delivery (there is no need to telephone us) using a completed returns forms which can be downloaded and printed from our website. Returns are sent at your own expense and we recommend that you use recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage.
· For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body jewellery.
· We do not send out replacements. We will send you a credit note and refund your credit card within 2-3 weeks if we agree that the goods returned are defective through faulty workmanship or materials.
· Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.
· No claims will be allowed for loss, theft or damage to the goods in transit unless notified to carriers and ourselves immediately.
7. DISCLAIMERS
· All items are imitation jewellery unless otherwise stated.
· We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions of business without notice.
· Notice of non-delivery must be given within 14 days.
· OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
